Return Policy

Action! Library Media Service’s standard policy is to accept returns on titles in salable condition within 30 days of receipt by our customer. Please note that some items purchased through Action! Library Media service are classified as Non-Returnable. These items include, but are not limited to: Imported Products, titles No-Longer-In-Release (Out-Of-Print), and Special Order items (Special Orders are marked in our catalog as Subject to Availability).

Please contact Customer Service prior to initiating any return. A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained from Customer Service before returning any product. Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

Returns must clearly display your RMA number. Contents should be well-packaged to assure safe arrival at our facility and you should use a traceable method of shipment, i.e. FedEx, UPS, Registered Mail, etc.

Your account with Action! will be credited for the amount of any approved return. Merchandise Credits will be viable for 24 months after issuance.

We will replace any media which reaches our customers in damaged or unplayable condition, provided that we have been notified of the damage and the title is returned to us within 14 days.
